Service Commitment
All Operation MSP plans require a minimum 12-month commitment. By subscribing to Operation MSP, you agree to this commitment term. This commitment period begins on Day 1 of your subscription.
Billing and Payment
Billing begins on Day 1 of your subscription and continues for the duration of your committed term. You will be charged according to the plan you selected:
- Growth tier: $697/month
- Pro tier: $1,297/month
- Dominate tier: Custom pricing, billed annually
You are responsible for all charges incurred during your commitment term. Billing is non-refundable once service has begun.
Commitment Duration and Renewal
Your commitment period is determined at signup and applies as follows:
- 12-month commitment → Renews for 12 months
- 24-month commitment → Renews for 12 months
- 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year commitments → Renew for 12 months
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your commitment term unless you provide 30 days' written notice of non-renewal. Renewal pricing is subject to our then-current pricing at the time of renewal.
Early Termination
If you terminate your subscription before the end of your commitment term, you are responsible for paying the full remaining balance of your committed contract. For example, if you are 6 months into a 12-month commitment and choose to cancel, you owe the payment for the remaining 6 months.
No Refunds
All subscriptions are non-refundable. Once service begins, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
Plan Changes
Upgrades: You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Your new tier will begin on the first day of your next billing cycle, and you will be prorated for any price difference.
Downgrades: Downgrades are not permitted during your commitment term. You may request a downgrade at the time of renewal.
Pricing
Pricing for your committed term is locked and will not change during your commitment period. At renewal, pricing may change according to our then-current rates.
Uptime and Service Availability
Operation MSP maintains a target uptime of 99.999% (five nines). While we work to maintain this standard, Operation MSP does not guarantee a specific service level agreement (SLA) and is not liable for downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Your Data
Your data belongs to you. Operation MSP securely stores and encrypts all data within our database. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Operation MSP service. Upon cancellation, your data is retained according to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Website Terms
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on operationmsp.com for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not modify, copy, or reverse engineer any materials without permission.
Disclaimer
Operation MSP is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of our service for a particular purpose. Operation MSP is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to use the platform.
Changes to Terms
Operation MSP may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
